Why are there no prices on this page?
Seat price depends on your brokerage's size band. You see it when you choose a plan, before you add a card, and nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. If you would rather talk first, a short call places you in the right band.
Is there a free tier or free plan?
No free plan. Every brokerage starts with a 7-day free trial: R0 today, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 7. Valentry holds regulated client data, so every brokerage is reviewed before it goes live.
When am I charged?
Not at sign-up. The first charge is when the 7-day trial ends, then on the same date each month.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Settings, Subscription, Cancel subscription. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is ever charged.
What is a seat?
A seat is one adviser using Valentry. Your monthly invoice is the number of adviser seats multiplied by your band's seat price, plus any AI credit overage.
What are AI credits?
AI features such as policy analysis use credits. Every adviser seat comes with an allowance of credits. Use beyond the allowance is billed as overage on your invoice.
How is billing handled?
Monthly, in South African rand. Commercial terms, including any add-ons and migration work, are set out in your agreement before you go live.
Are add-ons included?
Add-ons such as AI Automation, Chatbot, Sign and Train are scoped separately. Ask about them on your pricing call.
